At Hill's Dry Goods, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
